First tip: Always and strictly always plan ahead. For examle, you are planning to go online and play Cafe World after 2 days, in this case you should cook food that will be done in two day period. So, when you go online, you have food ready to serve. Enjoy and repeat.
There will come a time that you will run out of food. If this happens, close your cafe. How? By removing the door.
Earn points by visiting often you neighbors and eating their food.
Cook foods that take longer time to be done to earn more experience points.
If you want foods that take long time to be spoiled, choose the foods that take long time to cook.

Cheat 1: Trap The Waiter Cheat. The effect of this exploit is the food will magically be served on the tables without your waiters going near them and that means no more waiting time.
Cheat 2: Cheat Engine's Unlimited stove and counters. This one needs a software in order to be executed. I really don't know how to use it yet or if this still works.
